Returns Policy

Postage is a standard rate of $10 per order, Australia wide.


RETURNS POLICY

We believe in providing high-quality items and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore Chinta is pleased to offer the following return policy.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please return in person using the following guidelines, or if you are unable to return the items in person please fill out the return form and post the items back within the below time frames.

Please keep in mind the following return or exchange policies.

IN-STORE RETURNS

A full refund is offered on full price returns if agreed with us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Full refund items (excluding books, earrings and hats) must be returned in store within 48 hours (2 days) of the purchase or delivery date for a full refund.

  • In person returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery / purchase will be issued a credit note.

  • All credit notes are usable in the Chinta Shop and/or Cafe.

RETURNS BY POST

  • If you are unable to return your item in person, items must be sent back to Chinta, 29 Scarborough Beach Road, North Perth 6006 with full receipt, returns form and customer contact details.

  • Please fill out this returns form within 2 days of purchase or delivery of your item. Chinta will not accept returns without the completed return form.

    RETURNS FORM

  • For a full refund, the item must be returned to Chinta within 10 days of delivery, after we have replied to your returns enquiry. If you are interstate we will provide you with a return date.

  • Returns by mail, posted within 14 days will be issued a credit note.

Please note:

  • Sale items, earrings and hats cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

  • Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.

  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

  • Chinta reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.

  • On return, the original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.

  • No change-of-mind refunds or return offers on sale items or books.

  • Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

Credits notes are issued for returns and expire 6 months from the date issued and can be used in Chinta Shop and / or Cafe.

Return shipping costs are at the customers' expenses and tracking is highly recommended.
